With a manufacturing capacity of more than 40 tons per day, Valofish is well equipped to reply to the needs of the European food processing industries.

History & Key figures

Valofish is a supplier in Intermediate Foodstuffs Supplier for customers (foods, dietetic, cosmetic, pharmaceutical…). We are processing mince/bits and pieces/ fish fillets. We value mainly Salmon, Cod, saithe, white fish but our trading network enable us to offer all other raw materials.

The company, founded in 2007 and BRC certified since 2010, is committed to sustainable development. With a capacity of 40 tons / day, Valofish is now a key player as Intermediate Foodstuffs Supplier.
The company brings quick answers to the problem of its agrifood customers innovative and flexible solutions, and qualitative tools.

In 2010, Valofish invested in a building and work to increase its production capacity. Five years later, the company deploys a new line for the development of new products; enlarges the negative chamber of storage, changes the offices and the workshop in order to optimize space and increase efficiency in the management of production.

Today Valofish possesses 3530m2 facility under permanent control: a production workshop (production of mince, heading…), a freezing chain for blocks (plate freezers) , a positive cold room (capacity 30 tons) and a negative cold room (capacity 150 pallets).
